Corporate sustainability refers to managing a company with a focus on creating sustainable, long-term value for shareholders, employees, consumers, and society by implementing responsible environmental, social, and economic strategies.

According to the latest IBM CEO study "Own your impact", which includes interviews with 3,000 CEOs worldwide, there is a growing urgency to turn sustainability goals into measurable outcomes. The study highlights three main conclusions.

Firstly, CEOs feel pressure from various stakeholders who are becoming impatient with a lack of action. Secondly, effective execution of sustainability measures requires conviction, a strong technology foundation, and open innovation. Lastly, CEOs who successfully integrate sustainability and digital transformation report higher operating margins than their peers.
